Export an alert to Jira

This topic guides you on how to export an alert as a new Jira ticket.

Note: For guidance on setting up Prevasio integration with Jira, refer to Integration with Jira.

Do the following:

  1. To export an issue as a Jira ticket, click the Flag icon. The Export to Jira Issue popup appears.

  2. Select issue priority and issue type.

  3. Click Export. The issue is exported to a new JIra ticket. A success message including a link to the new ticket appears.

  4. Click Close.

When an alert is exported successfully, the Flag icon will turn into a black Flag icon.
