Troubleshooting ASMS Connectivity Issues

This topic describes connectivity issues that may occur between ASMS and ACE.

Connectivity issue

If a connection issue is detected, ACE displays a relevant message describing the problem:

Connectivity message	Explanation	What to do
ASMS connection is not established	There is no trust token connecting ASMS with ACE	Connect your machine. For details see: Connect ACE to ASMS
ASMS disconnected	ASMS cannot connect with ACE	Reach out to customer support.
