Export an issue to Jira

This topic shows how to export an issue to Jira to create a new ticket.

Note: For instructions on setting up Cloud App Analyzer integration with Jira, refer to Integrate with Jira.

Do the following:

  1. To export an issue as a Jira ticket, click the Flag icon. The Export to Jira Issue popup appears.

  2. Select issue priority and issue type.

  3. Click Export. The issue is exported to a new JIra ticket. A success message including a link to the new ticket appears.

  4. Click Close.

When an alert is exported successfully, the Flag icon will turn into a black Flag icon.
