Troubleshooting ASMS Connectivity Issues
This topic describes connectivity issues that may occur between ASMS and ACE.
Connectivity issue
If a connection issue is detected, ACE displays a relevant message describing the problem:
Connectivity message | Explanation | What to do |
---|---|---|
ASMS connection is not established | There is no trust token connecting ASMS with ACE | Connect your machine. For details see: Connect ACE to ACE |
ASMS disconnected | ASMS cannot connect with ACE | Reach out to customer support. |
ASMS connection error | Multiple ASMS machine connections found | Disconnect unnecessary machines. For details see Offboard AlgoSec SaaS (ACE, ObjectFlow, AppViz) from ACE. |
