Onboard Google Cloud Projects to Cloud App Analyzer
This topic explains how to perform automatic onboarding of Google Cloud projects to Cloud App Analyzer. The onboarding process is a performed using the Google Cloud onboarding wizard that you access from the Cloud App Analyzerinterface.
Cloud App Analyzer supports only the Google Workspace and Cloud Identity accounts and allows you to onboard either a single project or all projects within the specified folder or an organization.

Before you start
To connect a Google Cloud account that is managed by an organization, make sure you are logged on to Google Cloud console.
Required permissions and roles
To onboard multiple projects in a Google Cloud account, make sure you have the following roles enabled:

To onboard projects under a folder: roles/resourcemanager.folderAdmin

To onboard projects under an organization: roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin

Access the Google Cloud Onboarding Wizard
To open the Google Cloud onboarding wizard:

Log in to Cloud App Analyzer management console.

from the Cloud App Analyzer left panel.

Follow the steps in the wizard.
