February 2025 Update
Filter Out Unsupported Objects in Change Requests
We've added a new parameter that lets you control the filtering of unsupported objects in change requests. Internally defined objects are typically not supported by FireFlow and appear as unsupported by default. Use this parameter to choose whether to include or exclude them. For details, see Additional FireFlow parameters. (Released 11-Feb-2025)
We’ve improved the Covered Rules Report so you can now submit Disable Rule or Remove Rule change requests directly from within it (feature availability may vary by device type). For more details, see Device Report Pages. (Released 11-February-2025)
Check Point: Schedule Security Policy Rules
We've introduced a new schedule property to the FireFlow hook SuggestPropertyValues for Check Point. This property enables you to use time objects with a fixed date, time range, or a recurring daily or weekly schedule that are defined on the device. For details, see SuggestPropertyValues. (Released 11-Feb-2025)
Display VNets with no virtual machines in the ASMS tree and map
By default, VNets without virtual machines don’t appear in the ASMS tree, which means they’re not shown on the map or included in Traffic Simulation Query results. This Early availability feature enables VNets without virtual machines to appear in the ASMS tree. For more details, see Display VNets with no virtual machines in the ASMS tree and map.
